I offer a full range of services, specifically tailored to meet the needs of a project and my clients. A given project might demand varying levels of detail in the drawings, while clients require different amounts of design documentation based on the complexity of the project. I consider my primary goal to achieve design excellence with the most efficient delivery of services based on my client's needs. The drawings I produce contain the level of detail that allows clients to receive realistic bids on their projects from contractors and timely building permits from the government.

Unlike most residential architects, I collaborate with my clients in determining the range of my services so as to stretch their design dollars without compromising project delivery. For example, I might encourage clients to measure their own homes with my guidance, so as to allow design dollars to be spent on a more thorough exploration of design alternatives or details. I also do the vast majority of the engineering calculations for my projects, which informs my designs with structural efficiency and realism.
